Howmet Aerospace (NYSE: HWM) reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.703 billion, up 29% from a year earlier, and GAAP net income of $567 million. GAAP basic and diluted earnings per share were both $1.42.
The company increased its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a baseline of $10.3 billion and said it expects approximately $11.5 billion in revenue for 2027.
- Third-quarter operating income was $777 million, compared with $542 million a year earlier.
- Cash from operations totaled $709 million, while free cash flow was $562 million.
- Howmet repurchased $500 million of common stock during the quarter and $1.1 billion year to date through October 28.
- The board authorized a $5 billion increase in the share repurchase program, bringing total authorization to $5.397 billion.
- The quarterly common-stock dividend increased 17% to $0.14 per share.
