Herbalife Q2 net sales rise 5.4% to $1.3 billion

Herbalife (HLF) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $1.3 billion, up 5.4% from Q2 2025. The company reported a net loss attributable to Herbalife of $26.3 million, including a $94.6 million loss on extinguishment of debt tied to its April 2026 refinancing.

The company said second-quarter diluted loss per share was $0.25, while adjusted EBITDA was $166.6 million. Herbalife also announced CFO John DeSimone will retire at year-end and Scott Schaefer will succeed him effective Jan. 1, 2027.

  • Worldwide reported net sales were $1.3268 billion, compared with $1.2591 billion a year earlier.
  • Second-quarter net loss margin was 2.0%.
  • Year-to-date net cash provided by operating activities was $146.7 million.
  • Herbalife launched Bioniq GO in 11 EMEA markets in June and in North America in July.
  • Full-year 2026 net sales guidance was tightened to growth of 2.5% to 5.5% year over year.
  • Full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance was narrowed to $670 million to $690 million.
