Harvard Bioscience Q2 Revenue Rises 11 Percent to $22.7 Million

For the first six months of 2026, revenue was $43.5 million, compared with $42.2 million in the prior-year period. Harvard Bioscience raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to growth of 3% to 5% year over year.

  • Second-quarter adjusted EBITDA was $1.7 million, compared with $1.5 million a year earlier.
  • Six-month net loss was $6.3 million, compared with a net loss of $52.6 million in the prior-year period.
  • Third-quarter 2026 revenue guidance is $21.0 million to $22.6 million.
  • Full-year adjusted EBITDA growth guidance is 6% to 10%.
