Harrow Q2 Revenue Rises 11 Percent to $70.7 Million

Harrow (HROW) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $70.7 million, up 60% sequentially and 11% year over year. The ophthalmic disease management company posted a GAAP net loss attributable to Harrow of $17.3 million, or $0.46 per basic and diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The company reiterated full-year 2026 guidance for revenue of $350 million to $365 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $80 million to $100 million. Harrow said VEVYE generated quarterly revenue of $29.4 million, IHEEZO delivered $15.6 million in quarterly revenue, and cash and cash equivalents totaled $83.9 million as of June 30, 2026.

  • Second-quarter total revenues were $70.661 million, compared with $63.742 million a year earlier.
  • VEVYE revenue rose to $29.4 million, up about 40% sequentially and about 58% year over year.
  • IHEEZO revenue was $15.6 million, with unit demand up 44% sequentially and 34% year over year.
  • TRIESENCE unit demand increased 39% sequentially and 162% year over year.
  • Harrow announced the TYRVAYA acquisition, expected to close in the second half of 2026.
  • The company said BYOOVIZ launched in July 2026 and expects revenue to build over the balance of the year.
