On July 31, 2026, the Company received formal written notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (the “Staff”) confirming that the Company had regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(2), which requires listed companies to maintain an MVLS of at least $35 million.
