Forum Energy Technologies Q2 revenue rises to $226 million

Forum Energy Technologies (FET) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $226 million, up 8% sequentially. Net income was $12 million, and earnings per share were $1.05. Orders totaled $236 million, with a book-to-bill ratio of 104%.

The Houston-based company raised its full-year 2026 guidance and said adjusted EBITDA was $32 million, up 39% sequentially. FET also reported $8 million of share repurchases in the first half of 2026.
