The company said revenue was in line with guidance, while adjusted EBITDA of $2.3 million was $0.2 million below guidance. FiscalNote issued third-quarter revenue guidance of $19 million to $20 million and revised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to $75 million to $78 million.
