Energy Services of America Reports 25.5% Revenue Growth in Fiscal Q3

Energy Services of America (ESOA) reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $130.0 million for the period ended June 30, 2026, up from $103.6 million in the prior-year quarter. Net income was $3.3 million, or $0.18 per diluted share, compared with $2.1 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, a year earlier.

The company said results reflected strength across its segments, continued demand for water distribution and electrical construction, recovery in gas transmission, and more favorable spring weather. Energy Services also increased its quarterly dividend by 33% to $0.04 per share.
