Douglas Elliman Q2 Revenue Rises to $283.4 Million as Net Loss Narrows

Douglas Elliman (DOUG) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $283.4 million, up from $271.4 million a year earlier. Net loss attributed to the company narrowed to $2.7 million, or $0.03 per diluted common share, from $22.7 million, or $0.27 per diluted common share, in the second quarter of 2025.

The company said it had $105.2 million in cash and cash equivalents and no long-term debt as of June 30, 2026. Douglas Elliman also reported a development marketing pipeline of about $26.1 billion and announced AI, geographic expansion and lending platform initiatives.
