Dine Brands Q2 revenue rises to $240.9 million

Dine Brands Global (DIN) reported second-quarter fiscal 2026 total revenue of $240.9 million, up from $230.8 million a year earlier. Net income available to common stockholders was $4.2 million, or $0.35 per diluted share, compared with $13.2 million, or $0.89 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2025.

The company said the revenue increase was primarily driven by higher company-owned restaurant sales, mainly tied to the number and timing of restaurants acquired from franchisees. Dine Brands maintained its fiscal 2026 guidance.
