Cumberland Pharmaceuticals posts $4.1 million Q2 loss after Apotex deal

Cumberland Pharmaceuticals (CPIX) reported second-quarter 2026 net revenues from continuing operations of $166,458 and a net loss of $4.1 million. Loss per share attributable to common shareholders was $0.27 on both a basic and diluted basis.

The company said it closed a strategic transaction with Apotex Health involving its FDA-approved brands and related commercial organization, and its board declared a $1.50 per-share special cash dividend.
