Creative Realities Revenue Reaches $21.5 Million in Fiscal Second Quarter

Creative Realities (CREX) reported fiscal 2026 second-quarter revenue of $21.5 million, compared with $13.0 million a year earlier. The company recorded a GAAP net loss of $3.9 million, or $0.41 per basic and diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Service revenue rose to $14.0 million from $6.0 million, while hardware sales increased to $7.5 million from $7.1 million. The company reported adjusted EBITDA of $2.0 million and annualized recurring revenue of approximately $20.5 million at quarter-end.

  • Total sales were $21.505 million, up from $13.030 million in the prior-year quarter.
  • Gross profit was $8.297 million, compared with $5.017 million a year earlier.
  • Cash and cash equivalents totaled $10.703 million as of June 30, 2026.
  • The company reported approximately $46.6 million of outstanding debt at quarter-end.
  • Creative Realities said it was selected by a national grocery chain with more than 2,000 stores for a retail media network deployment.
