Chevron (CVX) reported second-quarter 2026 earnings of $12.1 billion, or $6.11 per diluted share. Sales and other operating revenues were $67.2 billion for the quarter, compared with $44.4 billion a year earlier.
The company said worldwide production increased 20% from last year, supported by legacy Hess assets and growth in the Permian Basin and Gulf of America. Chevron also reported record U.S. production, record U.S. refinery crude unit throughput and a 20-year power agreement with Microsoft for a West Texas data center.

- U.S. refinery crude unit inputs reached 1.07 million barrels per day, with crude unit utilization at 97%.
- The board declared a quarterly dividend of $1.78 per share, payable Sept. 10, 2026.
