Centene (CNC) reported second quarter 2026 total revenues of $53.579 billion and GAAP diluted earnings per share of $2.19 for the period ended June 30, 2026. Net earnings attributable to Centene were $1.091 billion.
Premium and service revenues rose 4% to $44.375 billion from $42.467 billion a year earlier. The company increased its 2026 total revenue guidance to a range of $193.5 billion to $197.5 billion and raised its GAAP diluted EPS guidance floor to greater than $3.11.
