BrightView reports $717.6 million Q3 revenue as net income falls

BrightView Holdings, Inc. (BV) reported unaudited fiscal third-quarter results for the period ended June 30, 2026, with net service revenues of $717.6 million, up 1.3% from a year earlier. Net income was $6.1 million, down from $32.3 million in the prior-year quarter.

The company reported basic and diluted loss per share of $0.03. BrightView said land maintenance revenue rose for a second consecutive quarter and updated fiscal 2026 guidance for total revenue of $2.750 billion to $2.780 billion.

  • Third-quarter net service revenues increased 1.3% year over year to $717.6 million.
  • Net income decreased $26.2 million year over year to $6.1 million, with net income margin of 0.9%.
  • Maintenance Services revenue increased 1.8% to $517.9 million, including Landscape Maintenance revenue of $514.5 million.
  • Development Services revenue was $201.9 million, up 0.3% from the prior-year period.
  • Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, was $96.1 million, compared with $113.2 million a year earlier.
  • For fiscal 2026, BrightView guided for total revenue of $2.750 billion to $2.780 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $340 million to $345 million.
