Babcock & Wilcox Q2 revenue jumps 130% to $319.7 million

Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises (BW) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $319.7 million, up 130% from the same period in 2025. Net income was $14.3 million, compared with a net loss of $58.5 million a year earlier, and earnings per share were $0.07.

The company said adjusted EBITDA was $21.8 million for the quarter and raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA target range to $80.0 million to $105.0 million. B&W also reported bookings of $151.0 million, backlog of $2.6 billion and a global pipeline exceeding $14.0 billion.

  • The company authorized a share repurchase program of up to $50 million.
  • B&W announced the repurchase of the remaining $61.8 million of outstanding bonds due December 2026 in August 2026.
