BXSL reports $9 million second quarter 2026 net income

Blackstone Secured Lending Fund (BXSL) reported second-quarter 2026 net income of $9 million, or $0.04 per share, and net investment income of $174 million, or $0.75 per share. Total investment income was $320 million for the quarter.

The company declared a third-quarter 2026 dividend of $0.77 per share, payable on or about October 23, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2026. BXSL reported new investment fundings of $312 million and investments sold and repaid of $754 million in the quarter.

  • Net asset value was approximately $5.9 billion, or $25.53 per share, at quarter-end.
  • Investments at fair value were approximately $13.4 billion as of June 30, 2026.
  • First-lien senior secured debt represented 96.8% of investments, based on fair market value.
  • Non-accrual debt investments were 1.8% of total investments at fair market value.
  • BXSL reported $2.8 billion of liquidity in unrestricted cash and undrawn debt, subject to borrowing base capacity.
  • Quarter-end debt-to-equity was 1.28x, or 1.25x net of cash.
