Aramark Q3 revenue rises 9% to $5.1 billion

Aramark (ARMK) reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $5.1 billion, up 9% year over year. GAAP net income was $97.8 million, while diluted earnings per share attributable to Aramark stockholders were $0.36, up 34% from the prior-year period.

The company raised its fiscal 2026 organic revenue growth outlook to 9% to 10% and reaffirmed its outlook for adjusted operating income growth, adjusted EPS growth and leverage ratio. Aramark also reported more than $1.4 billion in cash availability at quarter-end and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share.

  • Third-quarter revenue was $5.058 billion, compared with $4.626 billion a year earlier.
  • Operating income increased 18% to $216 million.
  • GAAP basic EPS was $0.37 and diluted EPS was $0.36.
  • New client wins totaled more than $1.6 billion fiscal year to date, up 51% from the comparable prior-year period.
  • Aramark began operations at its first Texas-based AI data center site with a top global hyperscaler.
  • The company expects fiscal 2026 organic revenue growth of 9% to 10% on a constant currency basis.
