Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation (AP) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $102.9 million, compared with $113.1 million in the prior-year period. Net income attributable to Ampco-Pittsburgh was $1.5 million, or $0.07 per share, compared with a net loss of $7.3 million, or $0.36 per share, a year earlier.
The company said customer orders increased 50% year over year to approximately $144 million, and backlog rose $39.9 million sequentially to $385.4 million at June 30, 2026. Adjusted EBITDA increased 22% to $9.8 million, with adjusted EBITDA margin of 9.5%.
- Forged and Cast Engineered Products net sales were $67.3 million, down 13.6% from the prior-year period.
- Air and Liquid Processing net sales were $35.6 million, up 1.2% from the prior-year period.
