AirSculpt Q2 revenue falls 3% to $42.9 million

AirSculpt Technologies (AIRS) reported second-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $42.9 million, down 3% from $44.0 million a year earlier. Net loss was $1.1 million, compared with a net loss of $0.6 million in the prior-year quarter.

The company said same-center case volume rose 1.0% in the quarter and 1.1% for the first six months of 2026. AirSculpt reaffirmed full-year revenue guidance at the lower end of its $151 million to $157 million range and reduced adjusted EBITDA guidance to $12 million to $14 million.

  • Second-quarter case volume was 3,376, compared with 3,392 in the 2025 quarter.
  • Basic and diluted loss per share were both $0.02 for the quarter.
  • Adjusted EBITDA was $4.9 million, compared with $5.8 million a year earlier.
  • For the first six months, revenue was $82.3 million and net loss was $3.5 million.
  • As of June 30, 2026, cash and cash equivalents were $18.8 million and gross debt was approximately $44.2 million.
