AIxCrypto posts $4.2 million Q2 loss as RoboShare becomes top priority

AIxCrypto Holdings (AIXC) reported second-quarter 2026 results, including a net loss of $4.2 million and net loss per share of $0.21. The company said RoboShare, its on-demand robot sharing marketplace, was introduced at Automate 2026 and designated as its top operating priority for the second half of 2026.

Operating expenses were $3.0 million, down 32% sequentially from the first quarter. The company reported no revenue for the quarter, cash and cash equivalents of $577,328 at June 30, and no outstanding indebtedness for borrowed money at quarter-end.
