S. 5374: To facilitate the conveyance of certain land in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, platted under section 2387 of the Revised Statutes, and for other purposes.

In plain terms, the federal government would formally state that it is not claiming an ownership interest in that specific parcel.

The land is described as the area labeled “Eaton” on a December 22, 1893 map, with one exception: it does not include any part of the land that lies within the Kootenai Indian Reservation.

What the disclaimer would do
