After the bill becomes law, the clinic would officially be called the Sergeant First Class Floyd E. Lake Department of Veterans Affairs Community-Based Outpatient Clinic.

The bill also says that any existing reference to the clinic in federal laws, regulations, maps, documents, records, or other official papers should be understood to mean the clinic under its new name.
