• The Secretary of Health and Human Services would provide funding and administrative support, if Congress appropriates money for it.

• It would update the seal of the existing Presidential Council on Physical Fitness and Sports to match the new name.
• If the Federal Advisory Committee Act applies, the Secretary of Health and Human Services would handle some of the President’s responsibilities under that law, except reporting to Congress.
• The council would end on a date chosen by the President.
