• If he receives an immigrant visa or permanent residence, the number of immigrant visas available under the normal country-by-country limits would be reduced by 1 in the relevant fiscal year.
• The bill also states that his parents, brothers, and sisters would not get any immigration benefit just because of their relationship to him.
