H.R. 10513: To require the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to establish a pilot program to provide grants to eligible entities to fund pre-development activities associated with new construction or rehabilitation of housing that qualifies as affordable housing on land owned by such faith-based organizations, and for other purposes.
