Yarrow Bioscience closes VYNE merger and $200 million financing

Yarrow Bioscience (YARW) announced the completion of its merger with VYNE Therapeutics and previously announced private financings totaling approximately $200 million.

The clinical-stage biotechnology company said it has begun dosing in a Phase 2a/2b trial of YB-101 for Graves’ disease, with or without concurrent thyroid eye disease. Shares of the combined company are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker YARW on July 28, 2026.

  • YB-101 is a potential first-in-class anti-TSHR monoclonal antibody designed for Graves’ disease and thyroid eye disease.
  • The FDA has granted Fast Track Designation for YB-101.
  • Phase 2a data from the Graves’ disease trial are expected in the second half of 2027.
  • Partner GenSci is evaluating YB-101 in China, with Phase 1 MAD data in thyroid eye disease expected in the second half of 2027.
  • Yarrow said its cash balance is expected to support operations into 2028.
  • The combined company has approximately 2.8 million common shares outstanding, or approximately 33.6 million on a fully diluted basis.
