(Nasdaq: TPST) (“Tempest”), a clinical-stage biotechnology company with a pipeline of targeted and immune-mediated therapeutics to fight cancer, today announced the record date of January 30, 2026 (the “Record Date”) for the distribution of warrants to purchase Tempest common stock (“Warrants”) as a dividend (the “Warrant Dividends”), as contemplated by Tempest’s previously announced Asset Purchase Agreement (the “Asset Purchase Agreement”) with Erigen LLC and Factor Bioscience Inc.
