Rekor Systems Reports Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Rekor Systems (NASDAQ: REKR) reported second-quarter revenue of $12.7 million, up 23% sequentially and 2% from the prior-year period. The company recorded a net loss of $551,000, compared with a net loss of $8.7 million a year earlier.

The company reported $10.0 million in cash at quarter-end and said it expects adjusted EBITDA profitability during the second half of 2026.

  • Revenue was $12.662 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026.
  • Recurring revenue increased 14% year over year to $6.7 million.
  • Reported operating income was $222,000, including a $2.8 million gain from lease-liability remeasurement.
  • Adjusted EBITDA loss was $1.2 million, versus a $5.8 million loss in the prior-year quarter.
  • Cash used in operating activities improved 61% year over year for the first six months of 2026.
