Pentair (PNR) reported second-quarter 2026 sales of $933 million, down 17 percent from the same period last year, driven by Pool channel inventory destocking of about $170 million.
The company reported GAAP diluted EPS from continuing operations of $0.80, compared with $0.90 a year earlier. Operating income was $167 million, and Pentair repurchased $150 million of ordinary shares during the quarter.
