INC (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: YDDL), a waste materials and scrap metal recycling company in the Philippines, today announced the closing of its initial public offering (the “Offering”) of 2,000,000 class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share (“Class A Ordinary Shares”), at a public offering price of $5.00 per share to the public. The Company’s Class A Ordinary Shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on October 9, 2025, under the ticker symbol “YDDL.”
