Noble Corporation (NBLWF) reported a second-quarter 2026 net loss of $36.7 million, or 23 cents per diluted share, compared with net income of $42.9 million, or 27 cents per diluted share, a year earlier. Operating revenues were $719.7 million, down from $848.7 million in the prior-year quarter.
The company said second-quarter results were affected by a $43 million impact from operational suspensions of two rigs in Brazil. Noble also reported about $200 million in new contract value since its April fleet status report and backlog of $6.8 billion as of July 27, 2026.
- Total revenue was $720 million in the second quarter, while contract drilling services revenue was $679 million.
- Adjusted EBITDA was $212 million, compared with $277 million in the prior quarter.

- Full-year 2026 revenue guidance was reduced to $2.8 billion to $2.9 billion, while capital expenditures guidance was maintained at $615 million to $665 million.
