Celestica Q2 revenue jumps 62% to $4.70 billion

Celestica (CLS) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $4.70 billion, up 62% from $2.89 billion a year earlier. Net earnings were $368.8 million, while GAAP diluted EPS was $3.17 compared with $1.82 in Q2 2025.

The company raised its 2026 annual outlook, citing strong first-half performance, stronger second-half customer forecasts and improved component supply. Celestica now expects 2026 revenue of $20.5 billion and adjusted EPS of $11.30.

  • Q2 2026 revenue was $4.70 billion, above the guidance range of $4.15 billion to $4.45 billion.
  • GAAP earnings from operations were 9.8% of revenue, compared with 9.4% in Q2 2025.
  • GAAP diluted EPS was $3.17, compared with $1.82 a year earlier.
  • CCS segment revenue rose 84% to $3.81 billion; ATS segment revenue rose 8% to $0.89 billion.
  • Q3 2026 revenue guidance is $5.25 billion to $5.55 billion.
  • Celestica raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $20.5 billion from $19.0 billion.
