Cactus Q2 Revenue Rises to $449.5 Million

Cactus (WHD) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $449.5 million, net income of $61.4 million and diluted earnings per Class A share of $0.70. Operating income was $83.6 million, while cash flow from operations was $104.6 million.

The company said it expects third-quarter consolidated revenue to be down slightly from the second quarter. Cactus also approved a 7% dividend increase to $0.15 per Class A share per quarter.

  • Net income was $61.4 million, with a net income margin of 13.7%.
  • Pressure Control revenue increased 14.6% sequentially to $344.0 million.
  • Spoolable Technologies revenue increased 17.4% sequentially to $105.5 million.
  • Cash and cash equivalents totaled $365.8 million as of June 30, 2026, with no bank debt outstanding.
  • The company received international purchase orders of more than $130 million after the quarter ended.
