CBRE Q2 revenue rises 16% to $11.2 billion

CBRE Group (CBRE) reported second-quarter revenue of $11.2 billion, up 16% from a year earlier, for the period ended June 30, 2026. GAAP net income was $204 million, compared with $215 million a year earlier, and GAAP EPS was $0.69.

The company said second-quarter GAAP net income was reduced by $168 million from a non-cash reserve tied to fire-safety remediation in its U.K. development business. CBRE raised its 2026 core EPS outlook to $7.80 to $7.90 from $7.60 to $7.80.
