Western Midstream Q2 net income reaches $394.9 million

Western Midstream Partners (WES) reported second-quarter 2026 net income attributable to limited partners of $394.9 million, or $0.99 per common unit diluted. Total revenues and other were $1.22 billion for the quarter.

The partnership reported record quarterly Adjusted EBITDA of $736.5 million, cash flows provided by operating activities of $534.7 million and Distributable Cash Flow of $537.2 million. WES also revised its full-year 2026 guidance for Adjusted EBITDA, Distributable Cash Flow and Free Cash Flow.

  • Second-quarter distribution was set at $0.930 per unit, or $3.72 annualized.
  • Second-quarter Free Cash Flow was $263.6 million, while capital expenditures totaled $308.3 million.
  • Revised 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance is $2.750 billion to $2.950 billion.
  • Revised 2026 Distributable Cash Flow guidance is $2.050 billion to $2.250 billion.
  • Revised 2026 Free Cash Flow guidance is $1.100 billion to $1.300 billion.
  • WES reaffirmed 2026 total capital expenditures guidance of $850.0 million to $1.0 billion.
  • The company executed two new Powder River Basin gathering and processing agreements, adding about 270,000 dedicated acres to its basin footprint.
