Universal Display Q2 Revenue Falls To $152.2 Million

Universal Display (OLED) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $152.2 million, compared with $171.8 million in the second quarter of 2025. Net income was $49.4 million, or $1.06 per diluted share, compared with $67.3 million, or $1.41 per diluted share, a year earlier.

The company said it now expects 2026 revenue to be around the lower end of its previous guidance range of $630 million to $670 million. Universal Display also announced a third-quarter cash dividend of $0.50 per share.

  • Second-quarter material sales revenue was $66.2 million, down from $88.7 million a year earlier.
  • Royalty and license fees revenue rose to $81.2 million from $75.7 million in the prior-year quarter.
  • Second-quarter operating income was $53.6 million, compared with $68.5 million a year earlier.
  • First-half 2026 revenue was $294.4 million, compared with $338.1 million in the first half of 2025.
  • The company repurchased 531,211 shares for $48.2 million during the quarter.
