Quiver AI Summary
Treasure Global Inc., a technology company based in Southeast Asia, announced a 1-for-20 reverse stock split of its common stock, effective December 5, 2025. The reverse split aims to boost the per-share trading price to meet Nasdaq's minimum bid requirement of $1.00, although the company cannot guarantee long-term compliance with listing standards.
