Sprinklr Q2 Revenue Rises 1% to $213.7 Million

Sprinklr (NYSE: CXM) reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of $213.7 million for the quarter ended July 31, 2026, up 1% from $212.0 million a year earlier. GAAP net income was $7.1 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, compared with $12.6 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, a year earlier.

Subscription revenue increased 3% to $194.8 million. The company forecast third-quarter total revenue of $215.0 million to $216.0 million and full-year revenue of $866.5 million to $868.5 million.

  • GAAP operating income was $10.0 million, versus $16.3 million a year earlier.
  • Remaining performance obligations totaled $1.03 billion, up 11% year over year; current RPO increased 3%.
  • Second-quarter operating cash flow was $18.2 million and free cash flow was $13.1 million.
  • Cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities totaled $452.9 million as of July 31, 2026.
