Spectrum Brands Q3 net sales rise 7.7% to $753.3 million

Spectrum Brands (SPB) reported fiscal 2026 third-quarter net sales of $753.3 million, up 7.7% from $699.6 million a year earlier. Organic net sales excluding favorable foreign exchange increased 6.6% for the quarter ended June 28, 2026.

The company reported a net loss from continuing operations of $20.3 million, compared with income of $20.5 million a year earlier, and diluted EPS from continuing operations of $(1.11). Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations was $158.3 million, including $60.6 million of IEEPA tariff refunds.

  • Global Pet Care net sales rose 3.3% to $263.7 million.
  • Home and Garden net sales rose 19.0% to $225.2 million.
  • Home and Personal Care net sales rose 3.6% to $264.4 million.
  • Quarter-end cash was $258.9 million, with total liquidity of $753.7 million.
  • Spectrum Brands continued to expect fiscal 2026 reported net sales to be flat to up low single digits.
  • The company raised its fiscal 2026 adjusted EBITDA expectation, excluding tariff refunds, to mid-single-digit growth.
