Southland Q2 Revenue Falls to $113.3 Million

Southland Holdings (SLND) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $113.3 million, down from $215.4 million a year earlier. Net loss attributable to stockholders was $84.3 million, or $1.55 per share, compared with a loss of $10.3 million, or $0.19 per share, in the prior-year quarter.

The company said results were affected by unfavorable non-cash adjustments tied to legacy disputes. Southland reported backlog of $1.68 billion and said it continues working on a comprehensive financing agreement and credit amendment with surety partners.
