Six Flags reports $865 million Q2 revenue as attendance reaches 13.1 million

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (FUN) reported second-quarter net revenues of $864.9 million for the period ended June 28, 2026, down from $930.4 million a year earlier on a reported basis. Net loss attributable to the company was $202.6 million, compared with a net loss of $99.6 million in the prior-year quarter.

On a same-park basis, net revenues rose 2.4% to $864 million, while attendance increased 4% to 13.1 million visits. The company said its active pass base increased 6% on a same-park basis and season-to-date pass sales rose 7%.
