MFA Financial (MFA) reported second-quarter 2026 GAAP net income available to common stockholders and participating securities of $36.2 million, or $0.35 per basic common share and $0.34 per diluted common share. Total GAAP net income was $46.8 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The company said its residential investment portfolio rose to $13.0 billion at quarter-end from $12.5 billion at March 31, 2026. MFA also reported GAAP book value of $12.71 per common share and paid a regular cash dividend of $0.36 per common share on July 31, 2026.
- Unrestricted cash was $141.2 million, with $294.1 million of unpledged Agency MBS at quarter-end.
