Jasper Therapeutics Reports $2.8 Million Second-Quarter Net Loss

Jasper Therapeutics (JSPR) reported a net loss of $2.8 million, or $0.10 per basic and diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Research and development expense was $5.1 million, while general and administrative expense was $4.1 million.

The company completed its acquisition of Kira Pharmaceuticals on July 16 and concurrently raised approximately $132 million in gross proceeds through a private placement of non-voting convertible preferred stock.
