JELD-WEN Q2 revenue slips to $817.8 million as loss widens

JELD-WEN (JELD) reported second-quarter 2026 net revenues of $817.8 million, down 0.7% from $823.7 million a year earlier. The company reported a net loss of $31.5 million, or $0.37 per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $21.5 million, or $0.25 per diluted share, in the prior-year quarter.

The company updated its 2026 revenue guidance to $3.1 billion to $3.2 billion and raised its adjusted EBITDA guidance range to $120 million to $150 million. JELD-WEN said management will host a conference call on August 4, 2026, at 8 a.m. ET.

  • Second-quarter net revenues decreased 0.7% to $817.8 million.
  • Net loss from continuing operations was $31.5 million, compared with $22.3 million a year earlier.
  • Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations was $42.3 million, up from $39.0 million in the prior-year quarter.
  • North America net revenues fell 4.9% to $528.5 million, while Europe net revenues rose 7.9% to $289.3 million.
  • For the first six months of 2026, net cash used in operating activities was $100.2 million.
  • Updated 2026 revenue guidance is $3.1 billion to $3.2 billion.
