Inuvo Q2 2026 Revenue Falls 67% to $7.5 Million

Inuvo (INUV) reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of $7.5 million, down 67% from the year-earlier period, as Legacy Search revenue fell 80%. Audience Modeling revenue grew 19% year over year, supported by recent client wins and increased investment from existing IntentKey customers.

The company posted a second-quarter net loss of $4.0 million, or $0.27 per share, compared with a net loss of $1.5 million, or $0.10 per share, a year earlier. Inuvo also completed financing transactions with combined gross proceeds of about $13 million, including about $10 million received in the quarter and about $3 million received in July.
