InspireMD Reports $1.77 Million Q2 Revenue and $14.32 Million Net Loss

InspireMD (NSPR) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.771 million, down 0.4% from $1.778 million a year earlier. The company recorded a net loss of $14.324 million, or $0.17 per basic and diluted share, compared with a $13.151 million loss, or $0.26 per share, in the prior-year quarter.

International revenue rose 21% to $2.122 million, while U.S. revenue was negative $351,000 after $734,000 in customer credits related to the voluntary recall of the CGuard Prime 135 cm delivery system.

  • Second-quarter gross loss was $774,000, including a $612,000 inventory impairment and recall-related customer credits.
  • Operating expenses increased 2.5% to $13.671 million.
  • Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities totaled $30.421 million at June 30, 2026.
  • The company initiated savings actions after quarter-end that are expected to generate approximately $9 million in annual savings.
  • InspireMD said it anticipates FDA decisions later in 2026 for its CGuard Prime 80 cm implant for TCAR procedures and its original CGuard platform for traditional carotid stenting.
