G-III Reports $20.2 Million Second-Quarter Profit and Raises Fiscal 2027 Guidance

G-III Apparel Group (GIII) reported fiscal second-quarter net sales of $554.1 million, down 10% from $613.3 million a year earlier. GAAP net income was $20.2 million, or $0.46 per diluted share, compared with $10.9 million, or $0.25 per diluted share, in the prior-year quarter.

The company raised its fiscal 2027 GAAP net-income outlook to $181.0 million to $185.0 million, or $4.10 to $4.20 per diluted share. G-III also said it completed its Marc Jacobs acquisition and is targeting $1 billion in long-term annual revenue from the business.

  • Third-quarter fiscal 2027 net-sales outlook is approximately $870.0 million, with GAAP diluted EPS expected at $1.35 to $1.45.
