Franklin BSP Realty Trust (FBRT) reported second-quarter 2026 GAAP net income of $16.3 million, or $0.12 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total income was $65.3 million, compared with $49.3 million in the year-earlier quarter.
The company said GAAP book value was $14.24 per diluted common share on a fully converted basis. FBRT also repurchased common stock during the quarter and reauthorized a $50.0 million share repurchase program through Dec. 31, 2026.
