Flux Power Q4 Revenue Reaches $8.2 Million as Net Loss Narrows Sequentially

Flux Power Holdings (FLUX) reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $8.248 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared with $6.6 million in the prior quarter and $16.737 million a year earlier. The company posted a GAAP net loss of $2.312 million, or $0.11 per basic and diluted share.

For fiscal 2026, revenue totaled $42.132 million and GAAP net loss was $7.448 million, or $0.38 per share. Flux Power also reported cash of $305,000 as of June 30, 2026.

  • Fourth-quarter operating expenses were $4.357 million, down from $6.532 million a year earlier.
